They have selected Fromages CDA of Montreal, a consolidator of artisinal cheeses of Quebec, to be their importer for Canada. Fromages CDA works with award winning cheese makers such as Fromagerie de L’Abbaye Saint-Benoit and La Fromagerie Kaiser.
