East Hampton Gourmet Foods Introduces New Superfood Crispbread Turmeric and Nigella Seed

Since their big win in 2014, Kate and Michel of East Hampton Gourmet Foods have not been resting on their laurels. Alongside day to day production, they have been researching and developing new flavor combinations to add to their already popular line of Crispbread.

Always watchful for new food trends, they have, of late, sensed a strong need to push toward even healthier combinations of herbs, spices and seeds to flavor their already gluten free, vegan/vegetarian plant based protein crisps.

Owners Kate Pratt (who holds a degree in biochemistry) alongside her partner Michel Mazuret (a classically trained chef )have conjured up so many flavor combinations over the years they stopped counting. Then they began to see the term “SUPERFOOD” applied to certain ingredients and thought why not?  Why not, source the most beneficial, potent superfood ingredients and infuse them into our next generation Crispbread. 

THEN ONE DAY….VOILA !!!!!  THEY THINK THEY HAVE IT  !!!!

Thank God for their devoted but “objective” foodie friends who, despite being force fed some truly unusual flavor pairings, polished off some very good bottles of wine and unanimously endorsed the winning combo.

So this year, 2019, East Hampton Gourmet Foods is happy to present this latest, greatest Crispbread. It will deliver a flavor pasked punch to your pallet and a nutritional punch to your health!

Right this very minute these superfood crisps are waiting in a box on the NASFT sofi judges’ table at the Fancy Food Show along with this year’s other hopefuls. Will they wow the judges’ tastebuds?    Will they win?
