Emmi Roth USA Launches Menu Mentions Incentive Program

MONROE, Wis. – Today Emmi Roth USA announced an exciting new Menu Mentions Incentive Program, rewarding restaurants and retailers for mentioning specific cheese brands on their menus. The program provides an excellent opportunity to leverage the farm-to-table trend and capitalize on the loyal following of Emmi Roth cheeses. From salads dressed with creamy Buttermilk Blue® to soups topped with award-winning Grand Cru® Gruyère, Emmi Roth brand mentions on a menu identify a trusted source of premium ingredients.

Between May 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011, restaurants and retailers may apply for a $250 reimbursement for each qualifying Emmi Roth USA focus brand featured on their menu for at least 60 days. Maximum reimbursement for featuring each qualifying brand, 15 in total, is $3,750. Qualifying brands include the following award-winning cheeses:

• Buttermilk Bleu Affinée (or Buttermilk Blue® Affinée)

• Grand Cru® Gruyère

• Grand Cru® Gruyère Reserve

• Grand Cru® Gruyère Surchoix

• Ostenbørg® Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Dill Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Horseradish and Chive Havarti (or Ostenbørg® Horseradish & Chive Havarti)

• Ostenbørg® Jalapeño Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Peppadew™ Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Pesto Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Caraway Havarti

• Ostenbørg® Reduced-fat Havarti
