The Decorative Carving Station Model DCS400-1 is a freestanding unit that is ideal for hot food displays. The Model DCSB400-R24-1 features a 24″ (609 mm) round Swanstone heated base, with matching cutting board, top heat utilizing a 250 watt lamp, telescoping post and sneeze guard. Rectangular base models are available in two sizes 24″ x 20″ (609 x 508 mm) DCSB400-2420-1 or 36″ x 24″ (914 x 609 mm) DCSB400-3624-2. The Decorative Stone bases, post bases, and cutting boards are made of foodsafe materials and are available in operators choice of colors Gray Granite, Bermuda Sand, Night Sky (standard), or Sawgrass. Decorative posts and lamps are available in three Plated colors: Bright Brass, Bright Nickel (standard), or Antique Bronze.
Hatcos Decorative Carving Stations utilize patent-pending telescoping and pivoting posts that can adjust from 14″-26″ (356 to 660 mm) from the bottom of the lamp to the top of the cutting board (excludes DCS400-1). This allows the operator to adjust the lamp height to the exact position needed for all types of meat. The adjustable shade pivots 30 to allow the operator to place the heat and light right where it is needed.
Additionally, base heat models come thermostatically controlled with a power switch, include a sneeze guard positioned 5″ (127 mm) above the base for easy access, and are equipped with 120 Volt, single phase, with 6′ (1829 mm) cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P).
