The metal fringing that adorns the sides is 100% handcrafted and can be found in and around India for elite mobile design purposes. The truck also includes Wi-Fi for all that visit and would like to log on, and a television on the side playing Indian music selections to provide an amazing sense driven effect all while chowing down on a tasty to-go meal.

Current dishes from the menu include Kati rolls that are to die for with a flaky buttery crust. They come in a variety of chicken or vegetarian. Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken with curry over rice, Aloo Masala, Dal and rice, Paneer Masala and more. The prices are amazingly affordable for the taste, and range from $4.00 up to $8.00 for larger dishes.
