Two much-loved Yorkshire producers, Wensleydale Creamery and Masons Yorkshire Gin, have come together to produce a Yorkshire Wensleydale with Caramelised Orange & Masons Yorkshire Gin Cheese.
In search of a new cheese pairing for its famous creamy, crumbly and full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, and responding to the ‘gin renaissance’, the Wensleydale Creamery found the perfect partner with Masons Yorkshire Gin, which when carefully combined with caramelised orange accentuated the fresh citrusy zest flavour.
The on-trend flavours of orange and gin have proved a real success with the Yorkshire Wensleydale, creating a deliciously indulgent flavour to be enjoyed by all cheese and gin lovers.
