Madison Lane To Help The Deli Source Expand In The Northwest

PORTLAND, Ore. – Specialty-food brokerage Madison Lane continues its booming growth, having already exceeded projections for first quarter 2013. Brian Howard of Madison Lane recently signed an agreement to represent The Deli Source, a cheese conversion and packaging company based in Antioch, Illinois. Madison Lane will be selling The Deli Source’s popular line of cheeses and cheese products to specialty retail grocery stores throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

“We’re looking forward to helping The Deli Source expand their reach in the Northwest,” Brian Howard says. “They not only have the capability to handle private label packaging for large and small customers, but they also have an extensive product line of their own brands — Wilmot Farms, Heart of Dairyland, and Delico Cheese Makers, for example. Their unique offerings are just what our retail grocery clients and their customers are looking for. I know their products will be received well here in the Northwest and I know they’ll fit in nicely with the other high quality lines we represent.”

Mike Perrone, president of The Deli Source, is also enthusiastic about the partnership. “We feel Madison Lane will be the perfect partner to help us grow distribution in the Pacific Northwest. Adding Madison Lane as one of our brokers is like having an additional regional manager on our staff.”
