A division of Saval Foods Corp. is building a 19,000-square-foot warehouse in Lansdowne to open a deli meats, custom-cut steak and pre-cooked entree operation.
The building will be leased by Deli Brands of America and is located at 1705 Twin Springs Rd. in the 42,000-square-foot Beltway Business Park. The business park is owned by Merritt Properties.
Allan Riorda, president of Lee & Associates, represented Deli Brands and Vince Bagli Jr. and Bobby Lanigan, of Merritt, represented the landlord in the transaction.
