Spaces Still Available For AMIF Advanced Listeria Intervention & Control Workshop

Spaces remain for the AMI Foundation Advanced Listeria monocytogenes Intervention and Control Workshop, June 7-8, 2011, at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Center, Indianapolis.

The workshop’s curriculum was updated in late 2010 with the most current strategies to help manufacturers of ready-to-eat (RTE) products examine the issues surrounding control methods, and to provide experience in developing appropriate sanitation protocols and testing plans for processing RTE products.

Program highlights include discussions on process control; sanitary equipment and facility techniques; new ingredient technologies for preventing growth; alternative intervention techniques and how to successfully complete a routine L.m. risk-based sampling review and food safety assessment.
