Ah, yeah…perfect timing. The Big Cheese Truck has launched in the DC area during the coldest of cold snaps. What’s better than hunkering down with a gooey grilled cheese and a cup of steaming hot tomato soup?
Don’t walk up to this truck expecting a slice of American cheese plopped between two slices of Wonder Bread. Oh, no. These sandwiches are unique with the cheese coming from Cowgirl Creamery. That alone means it’s going to be good stuff. And, the owner is a vegetarian, so everything on the truck is meat-free.
