Meet Miss Malibu, our brand new FleuroStar winner, from Dümmen Orange.
Its fast cultivation, better branching and improved flower quality are genuine benefits for every production scheme. The jury panel of more than 30 professionals especially appreciated this beauty's huge double, dark pink flowers and strong plant habit, and immediately recognised the potential of this newcomer to reposition Begonia as a trendy pot and bedding plant.
Also Begonia SenatoriQ Rose Bicolour from Sakata will be on display.
This breakthrough in breeding was awarded for its improved plant habit, earlier flowering, intense pink flower colour and attractive darker foliage. Together with Lupinus Mini Gallery Blue from HM.CLAUSE and Penstemon Twizzle Scarlet from Van Hemert & Co., this Begonia was awarded with a 2017 Gold Medal.
