Ocean View Flowers, one of the leading growers of cut flowers in California, will host a tour and lunch for attendees of the California Association of Flower Growers and Shippers' (NORCAL) bi-annual Fun 'N Sun convention on Thursday.
The Fun ’N’ Sun event, held in Santa Barbara, is geared to U.S. floral industry representatives including wholesalers, retailers, growers and mass market floral divisions.
Inspired by the notion of "farm to fork," Ocean View Flowers, in collaboration with American Host Restaurant, is offering a dining experience featuring food grown and sourced on the Central Coast. Guests will dine in the midst of the famous Lompoc flower fields.
Ocean View Flowers also is bringing together two local wineries, Palmina and Brewer Clifton, to pour for the guests. They will be joined by award-winning Figueroa Mountain Brewery.
