This year, Plantarium will use technique demonstrations to show the important role played by suppliers in the production of a high-quality garden plant. The trade fair has been given extra floor space, which is located outside the building but can also be reached directly from the fair at various points.
Every supplier who is taking part in Plantarium has been given the opportunity to provide an additional demonstration of his or her product on the space which has been made available. The line of demonstrations will explain how the 'non-green' participants help to produce a high-quality product. The entire chain, from the beginning (cutting or seedling) to the end (with a wonderful garden plant as the end product) will be covered, so that the influence of the various materials becomes clear.
Eleven components
The chain is divided into eleven components and one or several products will be demonstrated for each component. The technique demonstrations will be managed by DLV Plant Boskoop. Four times a day, they will provide the explanation and demonstration for each component. It goes without saying that visitors can also visit the stand of the supplier in question for further information.
