Stars for Europe (SfE) is a marketing initiative of the poinsettia breeders Beekenkamp, Dümmen, Fit-Plant, Lazzeri, PLA / Ecke, Selecta, Syngenta and RAI (Bevelander/Beckmann).
This year Stars for Europe receives for the first time funds from the European Union as a support for the marketing initiative. Thanks to the EU funds, which were allotted for 2011 to 2014, it has been possible to develop an extensive campaign program to secure the sales of Poinsettias in Europe. The sales promotion grant from the EU permits to sell the marketing materials at the material price.
