Teters Wraps Up NARMS 2010 Annual Conference

The National Association for Retail Marketing Services concluded the annual conference April 20th. NARMS brings together retail industry leaders, consumer sales companies, and organizations providing in store services. The objective of the conference is the discovery of best practices leading to a better in store experience for the consumer. Teters Floral Products has been a member since 1998.

This year’s conference allowed the Manufacturer’s group to address the attendees. Representing the Manufacturer’s group was Mary Jo Bastuba of Nintendo, Kelly Hampton of 20th Century Fox, Loren Woodbury of Hewlett-Packard, and Kelly Baker of Teters Floral Products. Baker commented: “The ability to address a group dedicated to improving the retail experience is both exciting and rewarding. Addressing manufacturers or suppliers needs combined with presentations from Todd Jones, President of Publix Supermarket, and Joe Woods, Vice President of Roundy’s Supermarket, Inc. served as the launching pad for great discussion. I know our take away included several implement-at-once action steps.”

Kelly Baker serves NARMS as the Manufacturer’s Division Chair.
