The first ever genuine glow-in-the-dark plant has just been launched, breeder Amigo Plant asserts.
The star-shaped ‘Glowing Star In The Dark’ starts emitting light at night time and glows like a true heavenly body, according to the promotional material which the breeder from Heerhugowaard in The Netherlands has put out.
“We have worked in deepest secret for very long on the development of this innovative concept”, Amigo Plant Chief Executive Gerard van Langen comments on the launch. “The end result is truly stunning”, he continues elatedly.
The company expects the glow-in-the-dark plant to be a huge success, particularly come Christmas time. It is officially available as of the end of October, and was also showcased at the recent FloraHolland Trade Fair.
