Kayem Lean Franks are not just lean; they're also all natural and have 75 percent less fat, 45 percent less sodium and 50 percent less calories than a traditional frank without compromising taste and quality. The lean franks are made with premium cuts of chicken, contain no artificial preservatives and are MSG and gluten free.

Grilled Kayem Lean Franks with Garden Salsa

Serves – 8

Total time – 10 minutes

Ingredients:

        1 lb   Kayem Lean Franks – 8 links
               Cooking spray
        8 ea   New England split top hot dog buns
        1 cup  garden salsa
        8 oz   light sour cream
        2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions:

Coat grill with cooking spray and set to medium heat. Place franks around the outer edge of the grill. Grill for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned all around.

Place grilled franks inside the hot dog bun, top each with 2 tablespoons of the garden salsa. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with the chopped chives.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
