MONTREAL – Montreal's most reputed steakhouse is revolutionizing barbecue season this year. Starting May 1st, Moishes will be offering two cuts of high quality beef, the boneless rib steak and the New York strip loin steak, exclusively at IGA stores throughout Quebec. This news will surely delight meat lovers and occasional meat eaters alike.

"We want Quebecers to know that they'll find the same savoury steaks we serve in our Montreal restaurant at IGA grocery stores across the province," confirms Lenny Lighter, owner and son of founder, Moishe Lighter. "We know steaks and we want to share our passion and know-how with all Quebecers, whether they're regulars at our restaurant or amateur chefs at home."
The reputation of the legendary steakhouse on the Main is well established. This guarantees that IGA's latest new products are top quality, just like all the other successful Moishes products already offered in store. A product second to none to cook on the grill
Moishes will not compromise. Throughout the province, Quebecers will find perfectly marbled, top quality beef steaks aged a minimum of 30 days that are every bit as delicious as those served in Moishes restaurant. Each thick and juicy steak is hand cut, vacuum-sealed, and preservative free. The two cuts will be offered in a 14-oz. format and will retail for between $20 and $25 each.
