NAMP: Learn More About Branded Meat Programs From Dr. Chris Calkins

Dr. Chris Calkins, Nebraska Beef Industry Professor of Animal Science at the University of Nebraska, will address branded meat programs and types of meat at NAMP’s new Center of the Plate Training® II course, June 23–24 at Kendall College in Chicago, IL.

Former COP participants asked for more information on deciphering the various meat choices available, to help them be more informed in their purchasing and sales decisions. NAMP is honored to have Dr. Calkins speak at the course. He was the 2010 winner of NAMP’s Educator of the Year Award.
