Whole pork tenderloin is terrific to cook on the grill or roast whole in the oven. You can cut the whole tenderloin into medallions or thin slices and pan sauté them, or cut it into strips to use in stir-fries. To make it easier to cut, first put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

Pork tenderloin takes to a huge variety of spices. It's also terrific marinated.
