Jason Ford, President and CEO of THCB, said, "I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Arvind Sharma as Executive Senior Vice President of THCB to navigate our Company in the retail segment, and make THCB a major player in the barbecue industry nationally. We brought Arvind to the Company to create traction while positioning the Company during this growth phase. With over 20 years of holding national high-level corporate positions, as well as over 10 years of national restaurant growth experience, it was imperative to create this position for him. During this short time while positioning THCB for growth, he executed four store locations in key strategic markets in the DFW arena, seven additional sites for the first quarter of 2011, three significant Joint Venture Partners which is integral to the THCB growth strategy, secured a major sports personality to act as brand spokesperson, and has worked closely with the Product Engineering Team to create a positive guest experience. Hence, it is imperative to create this corporate position as well as add him to the Board of Directors moving forward. This generates additional strength on our team to further enhance THCB, and create the next launch phase of the operation. Finally, Arvind created an operational team with national exposure building restaurants and positioning brands in multiple markets.
