SAN FRANCISCO — Villa Roma Sausage Company, Southern California’s number one fresh Italian Sausage manufacturer, is introducing new Dr. Stein’s Bagel Dogs to the Bay Area market. And to help celebrate this announcement, they are partnering with the San Francisco 49ers in a novel “Caption Catch” contest. The contest includes a comic of a 49er about to catch a Dr. Stein’s Bagel Dog flying through the air. Fans then enter an inventive caption of what the receiver is thinking when he is about to catch it. To enter, fans go to www.DrSteinsBagelDog.com. It’s an entertaining way to engage the 49ers fans, who have the opportunity to win one of three game packages by entering.
Dr. Stein’s Bagel Dog is a new product that features a 100% beef hot dog encased in bagel dough. The product is fully cooked and takes just minutes to heat. The product will initially be sold in California and Arizona retailers.

The contest includes three prize packages for various upcoming home games at Candlestick Park. Each package includes four reserved seats, pre-paid parking and $100 in cash. The promotion will be supported with newspaper and radio ads, as well as game programs and on package stickers.
