Braga Fresh Family Farms Brings Resolution Solutions For A Healthier New Year To 'The Balancing Act'

Soledad, CA Braga Fresh Family Farms is returning to the set of award-winning morning show The Balancing Act® on the Lifetime® Channel on Friday, January 9th at 7:00 a.m. (ET/PT). The episode will air again on January 16th at 7:00 a.m. (ET/PT) on Lifetime®.

President and 3rd generation farmer Rod Braga, along with food and lifestyle expert Chadwick Boyd, visit host Olga Villaverde on The Balancing Act® to talk about delicious new ways to add more organic, wholesome vegetables to the table in 2015.

Braga will talk about the importance of growing sustainably to maintain sharing a premium line of products with consumers. Boyd will whip up two tantalizing dishes; Baked Eggs in Stewed Tomato and Lacinato Kale and Caramelized Romaine Hearts with Shaved Radish. The recipes are inspired by Rod Braga’s “Nonnie Josie,” and specially developed using farm fresh organic produce to promote healthy eating with big flavor in the new year.
