Crunch Pak To Introduce New CEO, Licensing Agreement & Products At PMA Fresh Summit

CASHMERE, Wash. — Crunch Pak®, the sliced apples specialist, has several pieces of new information to share with customers at the 2013 PMA Fresh Summit in New Orleans.

Crunch Pak’s 20 x 40-foot booth (#403) will highlight the variety and scope of the company’s products available and include a cooking station with Chef Amanda Magadan of Orlando whose recipe for Bacon, Apple, and Onion Jam Bites is a finalist in the Sensory Experience Contest.

On Saturday Chef Magadan’s menu will feature pulled pork and apple slaw sliders, spinach and apple salad (using FlavorZ™ peach/mango slices) with candied pecans and Gouda.  On Sunday she will serve warm apple fritters and potato pancakes with chunky apple sauce and sour cream.

The Crunch Pak booth will include a dedicated display area for its co-branded product line with Disney and samples of the new products in development with new licensing agreement partner Marvel Worldwide.

New company CEO Scott Sargent will attend the conference and meet with customers and industry colleagues.
