Simply put Nature has provided a simple recipe for the worlds most sought after Strawberry available.
First of all they are all grown under the Golden Sun Rays that only California’s Pacific cost hills, and valleys provide just the right micro climate that helps the berries grow slowly and sweeter as they plump up.
Secondly the Strawberries are of the Stem Variety that means that extra care on the fruit not touching the rich nutrient soil, thus allowing the Stem Berries to dangle and not sit on the planting Furrows.
Third the Berry’s are hand selected for size the biggest ones, also we look for color just about ¾ of the way up must show a deep dark red indicating the sweetness is almost at the peak of flavor.
Fourth as we pick these Natural Sweet Stem berry jewels, we take our time snipping them off the plant and inspect them as we place them into a box bed lined with bubble wrap so not to bruise, or scar them they really get the Royal treatment.
Unlike regular berries we place them into separate bubble wrapped clam shell trays and we never allow more than 12-berries per container as not to crowd them nor bruise them like all the other strawberries.
If this was not enough we then run them though our state of the Art Food Safety program which is used to sanitize them gently without compromising color, texture, taste.
Now the berries are ready to be hand selected once again for no defects and are introduced into our assembly line where they are dipped in some of the most silky, sweet, and tasty white and dark chocolate that is flown in weekly from one Belgium’s great Chocolate makers.
The Extremely large succulent Stem berries are then enrobed in their chocolate coatings and are hand packed gently into the most gentile padded box specifically designed for these extremely large stem berries to arrive at your door step un damaged during travel.
In the box you will find a pre-determined amount of Gel Ice pack combo so they stay cool and are ready to eat out of the box when they arrive at your doorstep.
We only source from locally California grown farms from Southern California to Northern California only and they have to meet our very strict Food Safety Program.
