Domino's EVP To Share 'The Secret Sauce To Success' At Global Cold Chain Expo 2018 Closing General Session

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tim McIntyre, Executive Vice President of Communication, Investor Relations and Legislative Affairs at Domino’s will share “The Secret Sauce to Success: Domino’s Journey to Becoming The World’s No.1 Pizza Chain” during the Global Cold Chain Expo Closing General Session the morning of Wednesday, June 27 in Chicago.

McIntyre will discuss the importance of maintaining a safe and reliable food system and explain how Domino’s strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics experts across the cold chain have played a significant role in the success of the world’s number one pizza chain.

McIntyre joined Domino’s in 1985, as chief company spokesperson and has represented the company in major national and international media, including the Today Show, Nightline with Ted Koppel, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, New York Times and many others. He led media relations during the elimination of Domino’s famous 30-minute guarantee in 1993.

In 2009, McIntyre was named “Crisis Manager of the Year” by PR News for his handling of an unauthorized employee video posted on YouTube, and was named “Communicator of the Year” by the Detroit chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in 2010.

He has been a speaker on many communication and public relations topics throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia, and coauthored the 2009 book titled “Hire the American Dream: How to Build Your Minimum-Wage Workforce into a High-Performance, Customer-Focused Team.”
