Fowler, CA – Fowler Packing, one of the largest grower, packer and shippers of stone fruit, table grapes and clementines has hired Derrick Bender as Vice President of New Business Development. In his new role, Bender will help expand Fowler Packing’s domestic and international programs on their entire product portfolio.

Bender has over 18 years of produce industry experience with significant focus on developing new programs. Most recently, he was a National Sales Director for Bolthouse Farms and helped to develop their sales and merchandising team. Additionally, he was instrumental in developing their beverage and salad dressing programs on the East Coast. Prior to that, Bender worked for Dole Fresh Vegetables where he held several positions including Regional Sales Manager- Value Added and Product Specialist in Salinas, California.
