LOS ANGELES October 13, 2008 Giumarra of Nogales announces that the division will be offering its full line of fruits and vegetables from Mexico this fall and will be shipping from two locations.
Division Sales Manager Nick Rendon says that Giumarra Nogales can distribute anywhere in the U.S. using its two shipping facilities. The division will continue to ship out of Nogales, Ariz. and will also ship out of the Border Cold Storage facility in McAllen, Tex. Both locations will handle the full line of fruits and vegetables. All product PLU stickers include RSS coding.
In addition, Giumarra Nogales is offering program and contract business on its products. We are willing to discuss programs on all of our fruits and vegetables for the Nogales season, said Mr. Rendon.
Giumarra Nogales offers peppers, greenhouse peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, cantaloupes, grapes and watermelons, including Natures Partner Sweet Pearl mini watermelons. The division is also offering a line of 100 percent USDA Certified Organic product.
Organic offerings include cantaloupes, seedless watermelons, slicer and English cucumbers and red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers.
