AKRON, OH – Hickory Harvest Foods is pleased to announce the hiring of Eric McGrath as Director of Operations and Joe Fischer as Northeast Regional Sales Manager.
McGrath joins Hickory Harvest with more than 10 years of manufacturing, supply chain management, IT, and finance experience. Most recently he worked in supply change management and finance at Flagstone Foods, a division of Treehouse Foods in Minneapolis. He holds a Masters of Business administration degree from the University of Dayton and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Ohio University. A native of Tipp City, Ohio, McGrath lives in Medina, Ohio with his wife Jodi.
Fischer will manage Hickory Harvest Foods and its affiliate brands I.M. Good and American Confections for the northeastern part of the United States. Fischer has more than 10 years of sales and sales management experience, most recently with Arizona Beverage where he served a six state region. He holds degrees from Bethany College and the California University of Pennsylvania. He is a native of Pittsburgh, PA where he lives with his wife Lisa and daughter.
