Roger Griess, Vice President of Global Business Development of Sun World International LLC, announced his resignation from the company as of March 26, 2010.
Griess is ending a 13 year business career at Sun World, previously serving as Vice President of North American Business Development and Replenishment, where he was responsible for product development, merger and acquisition targeting , new business sourcing and strategic planning.
I value my experience at Sun World said Griess and look forward to taking my career in a more entrepreneurial direction with a new venture involving untapped and unique markets for California fruit.
Griess will headquarter his new business in Bakersfield, and plans further announcements early this summer.
