Sambrailo Packaging Promotes Rachel Montoya To VP Of Finance

Watsonville, CA – Sambrailo Packaging has announced that Rachel Montoya has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. In her new role, Rachel is now a part of the strategic executive management team and plays a significant role in the future planning and growth of the company. “Rachel is a great team player,” stated Mark Sambrailo, third-generation owner and CEO of Sambrailo Packaging. “She is passionate about the business and her promotion is a testament to her enthusiasm and leadership capabilities.”

Rachel began her career with Sambrailo as an Accounting Manager in May 2007. She was promoted to Controller in March 2014 in recognition of her positive management style. In addition to her new VP title, Rachel is also the Executive Sponsor of the company’s implementation of a new ERP business-management software. In this role, she is guiding the core implementation team and the company’s efforts toward a launch date of November 1, 2016. Regarding her leadership of the ERP, Mark Sambrailo added, “Her focus and drive towards our ERP installation has been outstanding.”
