Oxnard, CA – Boskovich Farms, grower/shipper/processor of fresh produce, is pleased to announce that Steve Adams has filled the newly created position of Director of Growing Operations & Grower Relations.
Steve will oversee the scheduling of all plantings and coordinate with the Sales and Harvesting Departments for Boskovich Farms’ California and Arizona operations. He will also coordinate with growers and suppliers for both commodity and fresh cut vegetables.
George Boskovich, CEO of Boskovich Farms stated “Steve comes with many years of experience in the agricultural industry working for companies such as Dole and NewStar Fresh Foods. His planning skills and experience working with produce growers will complement his new role here at Boskovich Farms.”
Steve most recently worked as Director of Growing Operations for Andrew Smith Company. He is a graduate of California State University Fresno where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Business.
