Golden Pheasant is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of Asian food products to the food service sector, including flour based products such as noodles, egg roll skins, wonton skins, and fortune cookies. Golden Pheasant has established a name for itself in the food services industry as a producer of high quality food products and is an established supplier to most broad line food service distribution companies. The company acts as a single source for its customers in relation to all of their Asian food product needs.
Golden Pheasant’s President, Camillo Cheng stated that “to continue the growth and expansion of the company, additional capital was required, and this, together with my desire to further diversify my financial holdings, made this an opportune time to seek a strategic partner for the business”.
