Grocery Chain Haggen To Close Three More Stores In Next Three Months

SEATTLE – The list of Haggen, Inc. stores closing in Washington state continues to grow as the locally owned grocery chain announced three more of its TOP Food & Drug stores will shut their doors for good within the next three months.

Nearly 150 employees at the TOP stores in Auburn, Kent and Yakima will be forced to find work once the stores close.

Haggen says it's working with local unions to try to place employees at other Haggen stores or local grocery retailers.
