SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — With baseball winding down, football in full swing and basketball right around the corner, grocery stores and retail stores are working hard to keep the shelves stocked.
"Definitely see an increase in soft drinks sales, chips, Velveeta, obviously for rotel dip, things of that nature are picking up this time of year," says Joe Engel, HyVee Assistant Store Manager.
Engel says with scores going up, their sales do the same.
