Whole Foods Expands South Florida Distribution Center

Whole Foods Group has expanded its South Florida distribution center to fill the entire Pompano Business Center Building M.

Larry Dinner represented landlord IDI in the organic grocery chain’s expansion from 71,754 square feet to 123,062 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Allen and Sky Groden represented Whole Foods in the deal.

“The extension and expansion of the company’s lease is evidence of the growing demand for Whole Foods Market within the market,” Dinner said in a news release. "We will continue to work with them to exceed needs as they continue to grow.”
