Eleven new seafood product offerings from the Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and New England are competing for the grand prize in the 2013 Alaska Symphony of Seafood competition, with winners to be announced at the Anchorage gala Feb. 23.
Trident Seafoods Corp. has entered its Seafest Alaskan Salmon Loins in the food service category, plus a smoked product entry, Smoke Sockeye Salmon: Sea salt nova style.
Also in the smoked products category is Aqua Cuisine Lit'l Sammies.
Copper River Seafoods' entries, both in retail competition, are Roasted Garlic Alaskan Cod, and Zesty Grill Sockeye Salmon.
