Honey Maple Hot Smoked Salmon is available in one-pound packages, ideal for families or sharing, and produced locally in the Smoked Fish Capital – Brooklyn, New York. European curing and smoking techniques provide its delectable hot-smoked, flaky, and rich buttery taste. Sweet notes of honey and maple have also been added using maple syrup derived from upstate New York and solely sourced from trees that are sustainably farmed.
