Marine Harvest ( MHG ) American depositary shares were up over 2% Monday morning after the company said it was nominated by the receiver of all assets of Gray Aqua Group of Companies to acquire the company for an acquisition price of CAD15 million ($11.2 million).
The acquistion price is on a cash and debt-free basis. The acquired assets include one hatchery and two farming licenses in New Brunswick, and seven farming licenses and one processing plant in Newfoundland.
