'Ultimate Shrimp Burger' To Debut At International Boston Seafood Show

PORTLAND, Ore. – S   Starfish Ultimate Shrimp Burger™ is the first shrimp burger on the market made with whole Vannamei white shrimp. Starfish General Manager, Bob O’Bryant, is excited about this new product saying, “We do not use fillers, and there are whole shrimp in each bite. The 3.6 oz. panko breaded, shrimp burgers are processed right here in the U.S., are ready to serve in minutes and have been very well received in preliminary trials.” 

Chef Demo and Tasting

Chef Gary Puetz, The Seafood Steward, was a huge hit at the 2012 show and will be returning this year once again offering up tasty samples at the Pacific Seafood Booth, #1523. Chef Gary is an internationally acknowledged seafood expert, chef, educator and promoter of all things that swim. He is currently the Executive Chef for Pacific Seafood and has appeared on TV cooking programs across the country.
