Sage Fruit Announces Key Leadership Changes

Effective January 15, 2024, Steve Clement, the CEO of Sage Fruit Company, will assume the position of PNW Tree Fruit’s new CEO. PNW Tree Fruit owns approximately 6,000 acres of tree fruit as well as Legacy Fruit Packers (a Sage packer since 1999), Chelan Fruit (a Sage packer since 2022), and Manson Fruit. In addition to his new role at PNW Tree Fruit, Steve will become the Chairman of the Board of Sage Fruit. In this capacity, he will collaborate with the new CEO of Sage Fruit and continue to guide the company’s strategic direction.

Produce Industry Veteran Chuck Sinks to Step Back – Sage Fruit

Chuck Sinks, President of Sales and Marketing for the Sage Fruit Company has decided to step back from his current role. Chuck is a produce industry veteran that has over 40 years under his belt, and more specifically, he has over 20 years’ experience in the sales and marketing of apples, pears and cherries. Over the past 20+ years, Chuck has been an integral part of Sage Fruit Company’s leadership and growth.

Sage Fruit Partners With Chelan Fruit

Sage Fruit Company is pleased to announce they have partnered with Chelan Fruit beginning with the 2022 cherry season.  Chelan Fruit joins the Sage Fruit family of grower, packer, shippers to enhance the marketing, sales and distribution of their Washington-grown tree fruit. Through this new partnership, Sage Fruit will add considerable volume of conventional and organic apples, pears and cherries to their manifest.
