The gluten-free dietary movement is still popular — and that’s good news for operators of a local gluten-free bakery.
Sisters Kimi Brown and Angela Eby, co-owners of AnnaB’s Gluten Free Bakery, have been providing their gluten-free baked goods — bread, bagels, cookies, cakes and more — to restaurants, farmers markets and grocery stores for years.
They now have a larger bakery and, for the first time, a storefront where consumers can walk in and buy products directly from them.
