MINNEAPOLIS — Cargill and Horizon Milling will showcase fresh ideas to help bakers grow their businesses at the Bakery Association of Canada's Bakery Showcase, May 6-8, 2012, at International Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Helping customers grow smarter, the Horizon Milling risk management team will share insights regarding the wheat market and the solutions available to manage commodity driven risk during a presentation on Monday, May 7 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the Aquarius Room.
