Washington, D.C. – The National Confectioners Association launched its 2013 Sweets & Snacks Expo Mobile App, providing show attendees with a more convenient and comprehensive way to navigate the three day event and the ability to receive and use industry information before, during and after the show.
The 2013 Sweets & Snacks Expo Mobile App boasts the following features:

• Exhibitor brochures and product information available for easy download.
• Complete listing of show schedule & events.
• Real-time show alerts.
• Connect seamlessly with colleagues through the “Friends” and profile features.
• Social media interaction with a live feed of Tweets including #SSE13.

The app will enable attendees to plan their day by selecting keynote sessions and events on their personalized calendars. It also provides trade-show contacts and exhibitor descriptions, profiles of meeting activities, and a place for users to take notes.
The app is available for download from the event website (www.sweetsandsnacks.com), by pointing your mobile browser to http://m.core-apps.com/SSE13, and from on-phone application stores as a native application for Apple and Android device users. It is also available as a hybrid web-based application for BlackBerry and a web-based version for all other smartphone users.
