Mechanicsburg, PA – Sweet Jubilee Gourmet® announces a new addition to their wildly successful Jubilee Fudge™ brand: a line of pastry-themed confections designed to resemble the fancy cakes and pies found in gourmet patisserie shops.
“It’s a way to bring some fun and elegance to our already very successful line of fudge products,” explains Diane Krulac, president of Sweet Jubilee Gourmet. “These miniature masterpieces are handmade to look exactly like tiny bundt cakes and slices of pie, but the surprise is that they’re made of our luscious fudge and decorated with premium chocolate.” Krulac notes that these products respond to growing industry trends toward more upscale offerings, as well as toward gourmet products that provide an element of the unexpected.
The new mini bundt cakes will be offered in a variety of flavors, including Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Cherry. All are coated in rich dark or milk chocolate and hand-decorated with chocolate drizzle and holiday-themed royal icing adornments. “Each of these gorgeous little bundt cakes can be sliced to serve up to 4, so they will be a truly unique and affordable gift for the holiday season,” says Krulac.
On a more whimsical note, the new Jubilee Fudge™ Pie on a Stick promises to delight sweets-lovers of all ages. With flavors including Chocolate Cream Pie, Peanut Putter Pie, Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie, these one-of-a-kind confections are actually wedges of rich fudge coated in premium milk or dark chocolate and decorated with white chocolate. “We wanted to offer an upscale alternative to a lollie pop – a single serving treat that is truly memorable, and pleasing to the eye, the palate, and the sense of fun!” says Krulac.
These new pastry-themed treats offer wholesale buyers and consumers the opportunity to sample Sweet Jubilee Gourmet’s popular Jubilee Fudge™ in smaller serving sizes and mixed-variety cases. They join the pre-existing Jubilee Fudge™ Cakes, Tiles and Hearts (offered for Valentine’s Day).
