Saginaw's Spatz Bakery Temporarily Closes Due To 60-Year-Old Broken Oven

SAGINAW, MI – A longtime bread supplier in Saginaw is temporarily closed after its 60-year-old German oven broke down.

Rumors spread on social media Sunday, July 29, when customers saw a message that the business, Spatz's Bakery, 1120 State, closed due to the oven failure.

"We are closed due to our oven breaking down. We will reopen as soon as the oven is up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience," the note read on the door of the Spatz.
