Suzy's Cream Cheesecakes Inc. is moving into a new, 50,000-square-foot facility at the Menomonee Valley Business Park, the St. Francis-based company announced Monday.
The company currently employs more than 40 full-time workers and said it could double its employee count over the next five years.
The expansion will cost about $5.5 million.
Suzy's sells branded and unbranded cheesecakes and other desserts in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
The company has been looking to relocate and expand for about a year, and it has been negotiating the move for the past six months.
