Leader In Local Grains Movement Debuts Otis Stout Bread

Cayuga Pure Organics near Ithaca, N.Y., has been one of the leaders of the local grain movement. It is also selling breads made with their grains that are baked by Orwashers bakery on the Upper East Side. A round whole-grain bread was the first, and Cayuga has added a longer loaf, with a braided pattern on top, called Otis Stout Bread.
