With training for fall athletic endurance sports competitions in full swing, the Refuel With Chocolate Milk campaign is doubling the number of Refuel Grants available in July from 10 to 20 grants. The move is aimed at helping more athletes and athletic groups pursue their goals – whether it's new training gear, travel expenses for the big competition or entry fees for the team.

Old Home Foods has issued a voluntary recall of cottage cheese sold with the expiration date of August 1. The only Old Home products affected are cottage cheese with this expiration date of August 1. The recall has been instituted as this particular cottage cheese with the August 1 code may spoil prior to its expiration date.

Dairy Processors Welcome Agreement On Pilot Trucking Program With Mexico

The International Dairy Foods Association hailed today's announcement by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) that a formal agreement on a pilot cross-border trucking program between Mexico and the United States has been signed. The agreement will reduce 50 percent of the tariffs imposed by Mexico on U.S. cheese exports.
