Over 26 Garden Retailers Pledge Support For National Plastics Recycling Event

Over 26 Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) members have eagerly pledged their support to the 2013 cause, from 6 different provinces. The program was launched in 2010, when just six garden centres collected more than 53,000 pounds of plastic, and last year participating garden centres collected 91,229 pounds.

July 21st Vancouver Perennial Plant Association Seminar

The first details of the July Perennial Plant Symposium in Vancouver, British Columbia are now available. On July 21, 2013, PPA will host "Perennial Plants & Design: A Perfect Combination," a one-day seminar to benefit home gardeners, master gardeners, professional gardeners, green industry professionals and landscape enthusiasts. The one-day perennial seminar, open to all, will kick off the week-long symposium.
